Got off the phone with the Capt'n last night. Man was he having fun! I guess the FUN of goathead's has long worn out! Hey kids I grew up with those fricken thing's. Falling down on the dirt, getting up with a hand full of sticker's GOODTIMES you bet! Not to mention adding an extra 3 lbs to your MTB just so you could ride more then 15 min. without getting a flat.
I think that I've tried all the light weight options that are available. The lightest tube that worked were the Air-B downhill latex tube. I don't think they are still around. Outside of that Thorn Resistant tube's.
